The shareholders, the Wittig and Schuler families of the WEBO Group, have decided to strategically expand their circle of shareholders to include the listed Taiwanese company GLOBALTEK.

Through a capital increase at the holding company FormTechnology GmbH, which holds all shares in the WEBO Group, GLOBALTEK has directly acquired 10% of the shares in the WEBO Group.

GLOBALTEK is also a partner in WEBO's joint toolmaking venture in China and has therefore been networked with WEBO in order processing for some time. GLOBALTEK is a global company with around 900 employees and core competencies in component manufacturing from die casting, serial machining and series production for the automotive, industrial, medical and aviation sectors.
